Services and prices

What services does Tramiza offer?

Business: Form your LLC (EIN included) ($175), Annual Report ($177.75), Certificate of Status ($20), Fictitious name (DBA) ($99), Change of address or business info ($74) and Business dissolution ($74).

What is included in the LLC price?

The $175 package is all-inclusive: preparation and filing of your Florida LLC documents with Sunbiz, and your EIN. State approval is not guaranteed.

Does the EIN cost anything from the IRS?

No. The IRS issues EINs for free; the package price covers our handling of the process.

How much is the Annual Report?

Our price is $177.75 total, all included. It is filed between January 1 and May 1; after that date the state charges a $400 late fee.

How much is the Certificate of Status?

$20 total, all included.

How much is a fictitious name (DBA) registration?

$99 total. The newspaper notice is not included (see the next question).

Do I have to publish a newspaper notice for a DBA?

Yes. Florida requires publishing a notice in a newspaper in the county of your business. You pay the newspaper directly, separately from our price. It typically costs about $30–$60, depending on the newspaper.

How much does it cost to change my LLC’s address or information?

$74 total. You can change the address, managers or members, registered agent, or other information. New information becomes public on Sunbiz.

How much does it cost to dissolve my business?

$74 total. It does not include closing your IRS account, final tax returns, or legal or tax advice.

Payments, timing and support

How do I pay?

By card, securely through Stripe. At the end of the form, after you review your summary, you press “Pay by card” and we take you to Stripe’s payment page. Tramiza never sees or stores your card details.

When will I receive my documents?

It depends on the service. Approximate times: Form your LLC (EIN included) 3–7 business days; annual report and dissolution 1–3 business days; certificate of status usually the same day; fictitious name (DBA) 2–5 business days (not counting the newspaper notice); business info changes 7–10 business days. State times can vary.

Can I complete everything from my phone?

Yes. The forms work on mobile and desktop and submit your request online. You can also message us on WhatsApp from the Contact section.

Is support available in English and Spanish?

Yes. We serve clients in English and Spanish, and this website is available in both languages.

Is Tramiza a law firm?

No. Tramiza is a private document-preparation service. We give no legal or tax advice and we are not affiliated with any government agency.
