This website has no database of its own, apart from the tracking record described below.
When you submit a request, your data is sent to Tramiza through Netlify’s form service (the site’s hosting provider), which processes and stores it so it can be delivered to us; Netlify has its own privacy policy.
Payment is made by card on a secure Stripe page: this site does not see or store your card details.
We only store your language preference in your browser.
The chat with Alber runs in your browser and does not store or send what you type.
Do not send your SSN, ITIN, or card numbers through this site.
Upload only the files we ask for (cover any SSN on them first); do not upload ID documents.
Uploaded files travel through the same form service.
We use the information you send only to handle your request.
