Do you offer registered agent service?
No. Tramiza does not offer registered agent service: you will be your own registered agent, and the address you use will be public on Sunbiz. You need a street address in Florida (no PO boxes).
Does the EIN cost anything from the IRS?
No. The IRS issues EINs for free; the package price covers our handling of the process.
